Monday 6th September - Welcome to Year 3 parents meeting 5.30pm
It will be great to meet you all
Tuesday 29th September - Year 3 trip to Chester Zoo
Physical Education
We will be having PE on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS and FRIDAYS .
There will be PE on TWO of these days, so suitable sporting footwear and a warm tracksuit bottoms or leggings and jacket will be required. These are to be worn with a T-shirt of your child's house colour.
Please remember your outdoor coat too!
Reading
Reading plays a vital role in a child’s development, and parents are key to nurturing this habit early on. When children read regularly, they build stronger language skills, expand their imagination, and develop empathy by seeing the world through different perspectives. Reading together also strengthens the parent-child bond, creating a shared space for learning and conversation. By encouraging a love of books at home, parents lay the foundation for lifelong learning and academic success.
Even just a few minutes of reading each day can make a lasting difference.
